1999 W202 C240

Greetings Enthusiasts, glad to have joined the forum
I have a 1999 W202 c240 (given by a friend), It has no rims and apparantely i got a complete set of (tyres and rims) off a W204
with the following specifications 7J x 16H2 ET 43 and tyres 205/55/R16. From research and reading other posts , i learnt that
for me to put these i will need spacers. My question is what size spacer do i need, What type of spacers. Basically what do i need to install these wheels.
