Hi from Alaska /Spare parts?
Thank you for allowing me to join the group. During the summer I purchased a 2007 ML320 CDI with 54,000 miles. The truck has been great, runs well and has been getting about 26 mpg. I have changed the oil, engine fuel filter, air filters and the serpentine belt. Thankfully I just found the block heater, tested it and found it in working order.
I'm asking the group to suggest a list of spare parts to carry for long trips and or have on hand. I live in a rual Alaska and getting to a major parts store or dealer is a 120 mile one-way drive.
Think long distance trips ,cold weather, dirty roads and cranky sensors.
