Hi Mercedes Family. A few months ago I had my 2 batteries replaced in my S550 2008 & later noticed that my radio, cd, nor dvd wouldn't work @ all! I took it back to get my amplifier replaced...my radio, cd, & dvd works...but somehow one of my dvd logo is burnt onto the screen with a square in the center! My billing statement shows that they replaced the audio amplifier, performed function check with no returning faults. Has anyone ever had an issue similar to this....Can replacing batteries cause the amplifier to blow out & shouldn't the mechanic have tested all cd/dvd slots to make sure everything was working properly?
