Beverly Hills MB Dealer sold me a Lemon
How’s it going ladies and gentlemen a 2 weeks ago I purchased a Mercedes coupe E350 to be exact immediately after I purchased it I had a coolant leak and there after I noticed that my fourth gear what jolt forward abnormally within a week of my purchase.. long story short took it to the dealer because it was certified preowned and the vehicles transmission is busted they said they found metal grain in the transmission oil and ultimately ordered parts from Germany to fix the transmission I only owned the car for 5 days. Called the dealer and I am only requesting that the dealer extends the warranty for an additional two years which would take me till 2021 I pretty much anticipate having transmission problems in the future cause they didn’t replace the transmission and it’s never going to be the same and I foresee myself pursuing lemon laws after it breaks down again but I was wondering what if any advice does anyone have once again they recognize it was sold to me this's ultimately I purchased a car with a bad transmission and the dealer is less than sympathic once again it’s a 2014 E350 coupe
