Hi Everyone,
I'm new to the forum and new to Mercedes vehicles. I recently just sold my 2006 Honda Civic (it was a great car, gonna miss it) and got a 2013 GLK 350 4Matic. I just felt like it was time to get something bigger since my family is growing and I was also in the market for something nicer. Been driving Hondas for years. They are nice cars and super reliable, but I've always wanted a Mercedes, so here I am!

So, i recently had to take my new benz to the dealer cause i wanted them to check out some suspicious noises.
Im a big diy person when it comes to car maintenance and repair, so I dont have much experience taking my cars for sevice at a dealer, but WOW! Mercedes dealers seem super nice. I rolled up to drop my car off and as soon as i get out (looks like a nice valet booth area) a guy greets me very professionaly ( called me sir at least ten time). Im 35, but could pass for someone in their 20s and so not very many people call me sir. Even my own son!
They set me up with a nice loaner car and were in constant contact with me every day it was in the shop. They texted me quite often to let me know what they were up to with the diagnosis.
Is this typical of benz dealers? Or was my dealer kind of special? That place was super nice. Reminded me of a night club that usually only hot girls and rich guys go to.
