I am old to building classic muscle but new to Mercedes performance tuning. I have a 2009 SLK300, 6 speed manual, and am looking to liven it up some. Now, before anyone insists that if I want more performance I should just buy a SLK350, to my knowledge the SLK350 is not offered with a manual and to me that's nonnegotiable when it comes to a roadster and I'd rather drive a slow manual than a fast automatic.

I recently found a company offering a Kleemann tuning program for $1200 that supposedly elevates the performance of the 3.0L engine to close to that of the 3.5L. My question for the community is does anyone know the power limitations of the 6 speed manual transmission and clutch assembly and does anyone have any experience with Exec Studios out of San Diego and their work?
