I have recently joined MBWorld. I purchased the E250 CDI Coupe Sport below a couple of weeks ago and love the car. I know this is an introductory message but I do have a query. The service history, which I was told was full MB servicing but was on-line so there was no service book. I have been to my local MB garage who tell me there are no records based on the chasis number. I find it hard to believe that a 2013 73k mile car does not even a basic service history. Is there an alternative means of recording service and maintenance. The garage still insist there is the service history and are confirming with their buyer. I have suggested that I will hand the car back to them if no proof appears by middle of this week. Does anyone have any advice ?
