GLC 300
Newbie in Tampa
Hello all!
I just picked up our special order GLC Saturday! So far love the car but, underwhelmed with the MB dealership we ordered from. Sales guy was awesome but car arrived with wrong wheels and now they say there is nothing that can be done about it? I called MBUSA but they say the dealer made the error in ordering, not the factory.
I'm waiting to hear from the manager if anything can be done. Sales guy took off the $700 service fee and offered to carbon fiber etch the wheels I have to make them look like the ones I ordered, for the "low" cost of $1200!?! Really? That's not a solution to me! Basically they are asking me to pay $500 to get the wheels I ordered that should have been no cost. A bit irritating. The car also came with dash stitching I didn't order and was charged $350 for (which truth be told I love the look of, so not AS upset about that glitch). Also the Apple Car Play thing was acting up the day after pick up. Problem fixed after a conversation with Product Concierge, fingers crossed that will be the last glitch. The drive is amazing though! SO smooth! Some streets in this area of Tampa are original brick and my old car was very rough driving over them, this one handles the brick roads beautifully! Anyone else have ordering issues? If so how was it handled?
