W220 year2000 won't shut off after taking the key out

W220 year2000 won't shut off after taking the key out
I am having this problem on and off for a while now, but recently it is getting very frequent ( every day ).
10 seconds after starting the car, I get the parking brake sign on the dashboard and the A/C compressor stops (fan blows hot air), and many other things default like the wipers, the headlights and the signals etc, and when I turn off the car and remove the key, the engine keeps running, so I have to remove the relay B (binding post 15h to turn the engine off. And so on.
if I removed the battery cable for couple of hours or over night, then the car goes back to normal but for a few hours or a day maximum, before it used to last for several days or couple of weeks, but now I am getting this on daily basis.
Do you guys have any idea what that might be, and what is exactly this relay has to do with it, and what would be the solution.
