I drive a 2013 C Class C200 Saloon. The radio tends to freeze whenever I try to switch back to FM mode from Blue Tooth or any other mode. I have to soft boot the system each time to get back to the FM mode.
Also, only some Voice Commands are being recognized. For example whenever I try to make a voice call I get message " function currently not possible, cancelling voice recognition "
Can anyone assist, please.
