Oil in coolant expansion tank

Hi all, I have a couple of questions on my 2002 ML 270
  1. Any idea where to get replacement radiator hoses at reasonable costs.
  2. Any ideas on where is the oil in my coolant tank coming from its dark syrup coloured. The rad is for the coolant and there is a pipe from the power steering and there is also a pipe to the thermostat housing from an oil cooler. I think its power steering fluid ? Engine does not get to 60 deg.
  3. I have a new thermostat housing and expansion tank from Eurocar parts £57 for the 2 parts inc VAT but need rad hoses. I plan to change the Rad which i got on ebay for £23.
  4. I might be barking up the wrong tree so if anyone has had similar problems please let me know what the cure is!!
  5. I get a couple of warning lights on the dash after a 10 mins BAS ESP and ETS but may be a coincidence. they go off once engine cooled again.
Thanks in advance,
