Engine judder/ misfire at 40000 RPM

ML 320. W163
Smile Engine judder/ misfire at 40000 RPM
Hi everyone and a happy new year to you all,
i have a problem with my 1999 ML 320 W163 ,starts on the button and runs super smooth, but when you increase the revs from inside the engine bay or cab to around 40000 rpm the engine develops a juddering like a misfire, any ideas
