Exclamation S500 2012 petrol smell interior


hi all
I have just purchased a S500 2012 and recently filled up but now can smell petrol inside. Appreciate if others have the same problem and what could be the reason? Hope it is not a leak inside the car?

2014 E350 also restored: 1969 Camaro convertible SS 1957 Chevy Belair 2dr hardtop
I would bring into a shop and let them check the fuel intake lines. Could be a loose clamp or a hole in the fuel intake line. Also could be a leak at the top sides of tank where welded seam on the tank are. My son had a seam go on his tank. Had to replace tank.
