can someone help
I have had my car diagnostic tested today because the eco system doesn't work on my c200 Merc 2012
I only recently purchased this car last week and didn't think of asking about it from the dealer
the codes that appears are p082096 ,p082011 and p082001 all these faults relate to a "transmission neutral position " electrical fault /short to ground/component fault appear
When you start the car the eco yellow light appears and the button turns green, as soon as you pop into first gear it turns off...
i called the Merc technical support team who told me hand on heart it would be there battery pack
I have tried to replace the battery at the back of the boot which can sometimes cause this warning,I even took the car for a drive for5 miles hoping it would kick it but nothing....
