Irregular gear shift
Hi guys,
I'm a newbie to this forum. I have a w203 2005 kompressor with the 5 speed auto with 75k miles. It's had new trans filter and oil along for with the o rings and there's an intermittent shift issue. I can drive for days and drives perfectly and suddenly it won't shift up without me pushing the gear selector to the right then it shifts. In addition last week it went into limp mode and I pulled over switched off ignition waited for 5 mins and everything was fine. When it's working it shifts seamlessly. I seem to remember that it went into limp mode when I had to slow down quickly at a roundabout as a car pulled out in front of me. I drive very moderately and use the c mode.
