Hi I purchase the above in August 2017 (17 plate). The boot doesn't open from my key fob - is this normal? It clicks it open and then just sits there and I have to lift it myself? I took it into MB and was informed -'the boot doesn't open remotely on Cabriolets' - is this correct? Second question, when I press the Voice activation button on the steering wheel it takes me through to the sat nav system commands but I cant seem to get it to call anyone from my phone book? Appreciate any help or advise. Many thanks everyone.

PS. I also cannot open my boot gliding my foot underneath - should this happen as it does on other models? Thank you
