Checking in looking for Manual trans and stand alone ECU solutions
Hi,
Checking in from Australia. I am building a hot rod and want to use a M156... because nothing sounds as good and a few other reasons.
The only way I can figure to do this at this stage is to use as much of the c63 as possible (engine, trans, front and rear ends, all electronics). Fabrication side is no problem at all I have that covered. electronically though is going to be challenging to say the least but everything is possible.
The other option is to use a stand alone ECU and make an adapter to fit a tr6060 manual box. I believe a Motec is up to the job but I can't find any information on one that has been done before.
Any information on where to go from here would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
J.
