CLK55 AMG

One day auxiliary fan came on after shutting vehicle off on a warmer day around this time of year. Would not go off. I now have to pull fuse #25 to get it to go off. If I drive the vehicle once it's fine but having to turn vehicle on and off will cause the problem to continue to happen. When I turn the car back on the auxiliary fans will imediately come on. Sometimes they will go off after a minute and sometimes they will remain on however long I am driving at which point I will have to again remove the fuse to get them to shut off.
It it is very embarrassing. Now is it possible they are meant to stay on for only a minute or 2 and I just don't know this? It happens regardless if climate control is on warm or cold setting. EC light is on. I replaced the actuator, the old one was just packed with leaves. I thought it would go away! It hasn't. It's only gotten worse. Any ideas or suggestions? Please guys it's not a good look for mercedes' at all.
I have replaced the coil packs, plugs and wires. There seems to be clicking from the front ignition wires sometimes. Idle isn't great. Even after replacing fuel filter, maf sensor, throttle body, intake manifold, injectors and air filters. I replaced the her valve the secondary air pump both the check valves and all air lines.
So im getting pretty deep both work and $ wise into this thing. I have a new crank pulley to put on along with water pump, ac compressor and full suspension other than springs and shocks or air ride which I need help on!
I'm trying to fully restore this thing but wanna make sure it's a good idea and I'm not looking at anything really seriously going on.
Any advice and suggestions would be great! Thanks for any help opinions or suggestions and please bear with me, I was the passenger in a very serious rollover crash in a 2015 CLA 350. I sustained pretty serious injuries but am doing better 5 months later!
Dec 31st 2011 I wasn't involved in a crazy accident with a 2012 SLS AMG Gullwing in my 98 M3.
Ive had every variant e46 M3 since then and this is my first Mercedes.
