E55 AMG W211 rear sun shade not working

W211 E55 AMG 2003
E55 AMG W211 rear sun shade not working
I have a 2003 E55 AMG w211 with the panoramic roof, a few problems with it.

First one is getting the rear sunshade to work, I checked the Fuse slot 20 which is in the boot and found there wasn't a fuse carrier in the place. looking around I couldn't find it tucked away anywhere. Is it possible that these models had them disconnected for some reason or should it definitely be there somewhere. It definitely has the shade and the button to operate it but when pushed, nothing happens?

Any help much appreciated!
