2015 S550 & 2010 E550 Coupe

I have a 2010 E500 coupe.. I loved its performance and how it drives. My wife likes it as well except for one thing. The front seats.
They are the thin sports model and she finds them uncomfortable. She has driven C Class , E Class and S Class sedans and likes any of those seats.
The question before all is: Can the sport seats in my E550Coupe be taken out and replaced with EClass sedan front seats.?
