Mercedes-Benz W208 CLK200
Question M62 Supercharged M111.945

I wondered if anybody has any experience in supercharging a N/A block. I have supercharged my clk200 M111.945 (136PS) with an Eaton M62 supercharger. I installed full supercharger kit and W208 CLK230Kompressor ECU and etc. basically the car has everything from 2.3Kompressor, only the engine block is naturally aspirated 2.0 with 10.4 compression ratio. I wanna know approximate number of boost engine can handle safely. BTW i'm going to install a bigger 550X230X65 intercooler (OEM dimensions are 430X115X50). So any advices? currently the supercharger has stock pulley.

Hi! I also have an M111.945 N/A block and wondered if your CLK200 is still running with the M62 Eaton supercharger on standard pistons 10.4:1 CR?

I ran that engine for 2 years with hard accelerations and etc. engine worked perfectly without any issues. after 2 years it was in same condition as before.

Wow thats great! I guess with improved fuel quality over the last decades we can now run 0.5bar pressure on 10:1 but rather avoid increasing boost via a pulley kit. Besides the M62 Eaton supercharger and intercooler did you need an additional bracket out of the 230 kompressor engine to bolt on the supercharger? Was the throttle body & Mass Air Flow different from the CLK200 (apart from being positioned differently) to sump up, what were the elements required to fix the 230 kompressor on the CLK200?👍
