I have bought S500e from the authorized dealer in Thailand last month and found that the color on the top parts and side parts are different. I was calling the dealer and they called MB Thailand to check. The team came with color checking equipment to check the color even though you can see from your eye that they are totally different. The result is wrong color.
However, it has been weeks from the test without any further answer from MB Thailand. I have been calling them and they said they are in the meeting and going to reply but never called. I'm quite surprise with how they can this level of service.
Has anyone got the same problem and have the solution for it? I also called MB head quarter in German and they simply said it's not their territory. I have to try to get answer from MB Thailand by myself.
