W124 E220
New to the Group and looking for Help on W211
Hello all, I have been browsing the forum for quit sometime now, mbworld.org is a treasure of knowledge. Finally decided it its time be a member of forum. I have had a w124 E220, manual, for sometime ( not mine, I was looking after for a friend ) and loved driving it and helped fix issue with it as well , After living with it for a year I am planning to buy one for myself , But W124 are bit difficult get in good condition here India.
I have a opportunity to get myself a 2008 W211, E280 CDI,RWD, done only 23000KM (14292 Mile) .
It is the face lift version with most of the electronic and brake issue sorted by Mercedes but still would like to know if any issues are known for this version. It would be great if you guys can help me with a list of what to look for before buying , any Maintenance related issues with this version.
Should Buy a w211 or no?

Welcome! When the W211 arrives in your life, please post a photo of it. The CDI engines seem to be fairly reliable. Have a look through the W211 section of the site to learn more.
