New benz owner
Had it for a month and overseas motors MB taking me to hell and back. I dont know why i bought it😭worst mistake taking a car to a dealership, looks like the mechanics/tech guys are just awful. Very disappointed. Took it in, had a recall. Driver seat overheats and burns. Complained, told me its all covered and theyre going to replace. BUT picked up the car today and they did a half *** job😞😢 parts of the seat broken, ripped, looked like they didnt use the right tools.. nothing was sitting right.. also they have a nice rip on this brand new leather seat. Plastic pieces on the side were all popped open with a flat head and left marks.. also they dont know how to hire detailers i dont know who washed it but scratched my whole car.
