My radio, heat/air and command will shut off then come on again repeatedly; when this happens my dome light goes on and off too.

Did you check your fuse panel to see if the fuse is loose. I have no idea where it is but if the fuse is ok it might be a bad ground that is not making good contact.

Yes unfortunately I have checked all fuses and that wasn't the problem but, thank you for responding.
