W211 e55 amg tranny issue or not?
Hi. Everyone. Im new to the forums but im having an issue with my w211 e55 amg. Let me give a alittle back story
the car has some mods 74mm fixed pulley race IQ tune split cooling and x2 walboro 255 fuel pumps.
im having an issue with the tranny i think. the car runs and drives great shifts smooth all gears but when i go WOT its fine till 4k and over it will start shuttering almost like a miffire but no codes showing and STAR cant find anything wrong but somthing is not right i was thinking the torque converter is going bad iv recently flushed the tranny and new filter. The car has fuel pressure 80psi at idel and 72ish when driving no vacuum leaks im really stumped need some input before i start spending cash. Thanks

Hi. Everyone iv been trying to figure this issue out for some time now and no results iv replaced 13pin connector and conductor plate replaced all vaccum lines did smoke test on it and still hasn't fixed my issue. When going WOT and at 3.5 to 4k rpms it starts acting like its on 2step but it does not have 2 step. It still accelerates but has hesitation Has anyone had a similar experience with these symptoms? the is a 04 e55 amg
