Hello MB World Members,

I have owned three AMG vehicles. A 2001 E55, 2005 E63 and currently a 2014 E63S.

I apologize for my lack of forum etiquette but I am looking for some guidance.

I have owned my 2014 E63S since new and have a little over 100k miles on it. The check engine light came on and the dealer told me that I have oil in my wiring harness. They claim the correct repair is to replace the harness but engine removal is needed. Estimated cost is 5-6k. They cleaned out my O2 Sensor and reset my check engine light but it came back on after 150 miles.

Does anyone have advise for a "work around" vs spending 5K-6K?
