Tailgate problem Mercedes w251

Tailgate problem Mercedes w251
Hi
I have a Mercedes R500 w251.
have had a problem.
The tailgate opens when I open the doors of the car and will not close when the door is open.
Once the door is closed, I can close the tailgate again.

Is there anyone in here who has experienced the same thing and knows how to solve it?
