Hello
Hi, My name is Sam. I live in Melbourne, Australia and have recently purchased my first AMG. A 2003 CL55.
I must be a sucker for punishment, as I know these older bends require constant attention and $$$$, but I did buy it as a running project car and I'm slowly getting it sorted. Cars (even 15 year old used ones) are expensive here, so as this is my "toy" I was conflicted by what I could spend vs what I could get. Regardless you do get a lot of car for your money with these older top of the line mercs. I've done lots of work on my CL already and there is lots more to do, so I'm sure I'll be lurking around this site with some frequency.
By the way is there much Aussie content on this site? 🇦🇺
