Can I move the climate control to where the radio is?

Can I move the climate control to where the radio is?
I would like to change the radio with an aftermarket 1 Dim. The replacement has a pop out 7" screen. so my question isl Can I move to climate control down to the radio spot?
The reason for that is to not block the climate controls when the screen is out.
Anyone do this before?
