Has anyone used C6 MB star diagnostics on a 2013 sprinter 3.0 and had good results?

Has anyone used C6 MB star diagnostics on a 2013 sprinter 3.0 and had good results?
I've thus far asked 6 different sites this question and no one has answered with an affirmative YES or NO answer, I would like to know why there is not a seperate Sprinter model listed under the User CP tab which lists just about every other model, including Smart Car. I would also like to know the specific advantages of C6 over C4 and C5. The price of the two plug and play systems are priced nearly the same so why would anyone favor the C4 system over getting a C6 system (other than being hard wired vs. wifi)? I have just one last question regarding any alternative lower priced had held scanners which have actually been successful on 2013 or newer sprinters at having diagnosed wheel speed sensors and reset corresponding dash light faults triggered by them. I know certain lower priced bi directional units work on spriters prior to 2012 but I have actually never found one account of someone having utilized it on 2013 and newer sprinters with good results. If you have had good results please would you just please name the scanner for me?
