E350 2009 Vibration mystery solved. Easy fix!;

I have had a persistent vibration issue that occurs when the engines rev revss go over 2300 be it in neutral or driving at speed.
II changed the harmonic balancer because it looked worn and needed replacement anyway. I also as a matter of good maintenance replaced all of the pullies and idler wheels. I bought the Xentry SWaSW checked for the exhaust and intake camshaft positioning. The SW showed all within spec-after a hundred and twenty thousand miles it's damn well near perfect. I also put the car at 305 degrees before top dead center and all the markings beneath the removed sensors lined up correctly. So the mystery is why is the car still vibrating. I did the easy thing first and I changed the transmission mount which cost $15. After changing the mount I turned on the engine and I had to take a double-take because the engine was so smooth I wasn't sure it was running. I now have to pinch myself because as I feel no vibration and the only way I know the engine is running is by looking at the rev counter. Thank heavens I have no balance shaft issue and nothing else more involved. I can't believe the fix was this easy. By the did a compression test using Xentry and at 13rpm turnover of ignition all cylenders are at 138-140 psi.

Possibilities:

misfire: sensors, spark plugs, injectors
engine mounts
driveshaft flex couplings
