Hi, my name is Fraser, and I live in beautiful White Rock, British Columbia. I am very close to the USA border with Washington state. I have been “lurking” on this site for a few years mostly for info on any one required repair. I am a “do it yourselfer” and have a 4 post Bendpak hoist in my garage. I have just retired after 38 years with Air Traffic Control. I have decided that a little (big?) build project of my CLS55 is needed to keep me occupied. I have learned a tremendous amount about the W219, and particularly the impressive M113k motor from this forum. I have had my car a couple of years and simply love driving it, but I wonder if it could go a little bit (lot?) faster... I will be posting a build thread plan soon looking for experienced opinions and answers to questions I just can’t find. I don't want to “piece meal” it, This will be a long term, get all the parts together first, then do everything at once thing. I am looking forward to more learning
