My newly adopted brute
Hello fellow MB fans,
Been an exciting 3 weeks of ownership!
This is my first foray into MB/AMG vehicles and wow it is good to be back in V8 with oomph and comfort.
Adopted a 2007 ML63 with a good portion of life left in it.
-Australian delivered in iridium silver
-Standard car with comfort telephony and HK sound
@Maverick/Bhenri1975 your YouTube Millie Miglia vids resulted in this tiny splurge!
@Legitstreetcars/Alex if you are on here. Your YouTube vids gave some courage to purchase a used MB/AMG!
History of car:
Was previously registered to an individual who is deeply involved with the Australian Grand Prix. Car is stock and my indie reckons the internals are well maintained with little wear.
Work done since my ownership:
-Replace head bolts as precautionary measure and resealed rocker/timing gaskets etc.
-Airmatic compressor
-Millie Miglia mufflers and resonator delete. Balance pipe moved from rear axle toward the front in H pipe configuration.
-Reseal tail lights
Not fun/time saving when new OEM gaskets are faulty. Good thing it's not on the SAM side.
Work to come:
-Head unit update
-Paddle shifter retrofit, G paddle style
-ECU/TCU tune
-DRL retrofit
