Oil drops on top of turbo OM642 320CDI

Oil drops on top of turbo OM642 320CDI
Hello guys. After realising that my mechanic broke my fresh air intake (plastic part which goes to the turbo) I started looking for some new methods to fix this.

The orange seal is not letting the oil drip , but I find some oil on the top of turbo. I have no clue where its coming from. I clean it with a towel, then go for a ride for 10min and the drops are there again.


Here is a pic of the oil.

Been to the dealer and they didnt say anything. Just changed my turbo actuator , didnt mention why the oil appears there or where it comes from.
