HELP Mercedes ml320 cdi 2008. (Vibrations)

W164 Mercedes ML 320 2008
HELP Mercedes ml320 cdi 2008. (Vibrations)
Hi I need help I have just brought a 2008
320cdi Mercedes ML

When driving it seems to shudder in 2nd gear around
20mph
and also a vibration like I’m driving over a rumble strip in the road
in 5th gear around 40mph

any idea what it could be any help would be appreciated

thanks a lot
