I am adding soundproofing to the interior of the vehicle, and I noticed a rubber red tube inside of each door. I’ve scoured the Internet and every manual, and can’t figure out what these rubber tubes do. If I blow through one in, I hear the air coming out the other. Can’t see the other end.

To be honest, the photos aren't clear. If you can post more and better, well lit and clear photos this will help.
Do your door locks and windows work properly? Do you think it is a vacuum hose? Agree it could be a drain hose. Do you have a repair manual for the 300GD? What information are you using? How long have you owned the 300GD? How experienced are you with working on German vehicles, and vehicles in general?

I’m an experienced German car owner, well versed in the W460. I have no idea what these red rubber tubes are for. They are not vacuum lines, which would be rigid and half the diameter. There is no reference to this and the other end is hidden behind the power window motor. Odd.
