2019 CLS 450 | 2018 CLA 45 AMG
Newbie From South Louisiana USA
First a quick hello as I work through a change of boards and communities. I have just traded for a CLA 450. I am coming from a 2018 Camaro ZL1 A10. Before that, I had a 2016 Camaro SS 6M. Before that were some Jaguars, some BMWs and some other odds and ends. Until COVID, I was fairly active at a few of the tracks around the area (NOLA Motorsports | NCM Raceway | COTA). My Better Half and I completed the AMG Driving Academy in December, 2019 at COTA.
This is a true change of direction. I am coming from a car that had performance that (IMHO) slotted between the AMG GT-S and AMG GT-R to one of the most comfortable and luxurious cars that I've ever driven. It reminds me of our Jaguar XJ Portfolio in the over-all texture of the vehicle. Better technology and many newer advances but the flavor seems to run to that taste.
Anyway, I hope to learn a lot, contribute a bit and have a good bit of fun.
