I am Dan and I am excited to hear more about MB world and its denizens. I bought a 2007 SL550 this summer and after a couple of vario retractable roof hydraulic cylinders failures :-(, I decided to take on changing the pump and all 11 cylinders (rebuilt by Top Hydraulics). Although it was a tedious process the darn top runs like it is show room new! The following is my car:
