07 CLS63 AMG Replacement Key not working
Hi Team,
I need some assistance. I have a 2007 Cls63 AMG. Lost key during the recent snow storm. Order replacement key from MBenz dealer.
Received new key#1 remote does not open door or trunk. Inserted metal key in driver door and does not open but can open the trunk.
Mercedes stopped by to Open the doors manually with a tool. Door opens now, without key or fob working. Attempted to start Car, Key fob not turning.
Explained to Mercedes and they advised to leave Keb fob in ignition for 24 hours. Same results.
Car battery is fine but steering wheel is locked.
Ordered new key#2 with same results as above.
What could be wrong?
