Pneumatic Pump Vacuum Lines

Pneumatic Pump Vacuum Lines
So I'm changing my driver's side tail light holder when I noticed 2 loose vacuum lines.
Well they must surely go to the Pneumatic pump control, right?
One gray line looks like the candidate for the pump but the 2nd line has a small restrictor and 2" of rubber vacuum line.
BUT, as hard as I searched, I could only find 1 place for a vacuum line to attach to.
MY QUESTION IS: Where does it go??
Does anyone have a vacuum wiring diagram that will show me where it goes ?
