Need help W211 2003 Cd Panel intermitten

Hi everyone, I have a 2003 E320 with an issue with the consumer electrics panel (the one with the seat heaters, ESP switch, 4 way flasher, door locks and rear screen switch).... The issue is that this panel does not work when I start my car from cold. Everything else in the car works. The radio screen is very dim for about a min then brightens up however the panel below (especially the 4 way flashers do not work - no power to it). After some time (its sporadic!) the panel will flash a few times then it will start to work as normal. When i leave the car for any time (more than 3 hours the panel will not work). I have driven the car on the highway for 20 min every morning with not power to that unit .... park the car and leave it for 2.5 hours return and the panel works for the rest of the day ..... strange eh? Gotta love a challenge!
Side note: i had a parasitic drain for months and finally found it to be ....... drivers seat control module!! Repair shop wants 1200.00 to replace - my fix .... unplug it!!
So back to the issue at hand - any ideas on this issue??? I have played with fuses#: 6, 26,29,30,39 with no results ....
