C63 2010 to E63 W212 Differential Swap

2010 C63
C63 2010 to E63 W212 Differential Swap
Hi, New member and new owner of 2010 C63.

Just wondering if anyone could tell me if E63 W212 differential could swap directly onto my car. I found the "Cheapest way to get your hands on an LSD" thread and it seems like the LSD is compatible. Just wondering if I have to take it apart and swap internals or if I could swap the whole carrier.

i don’t think any electronics is involved with a differential swap or an lsd. They are both 2.82 ratio. Same on both cars
