Cranks a little but dont start? Help please!
Terminal 87 low voltage... That code is killing me.
The car still cant start. Its a benz e350 2007 w211.
New Harmonic balancer just installed, mind you that was a headache to change... I had to customize my own tool to remove that pulley but its on and seems to be installed properly but a second look wouldn't hurt too bad.
New alternator just installed.
Has gas.
Fuel pump looks good maybe the lines of the fuel pump but it also looks good from a glance not too concerned about the line. Starter sounds good too. Maybe the computer. Anyone got any more ideas?
Battery was changed. Got a new battery. The temperature sensor still broken and last temp displayed was 185 degrees.
Car definitely prefers an electrician.
It has a new belt. New harmonic balancer. Why it still cant start?
Sprayed starter fluid in the intake... Nothing yet. The spark plugs was said to be ok. The fuses arent blown yet. The key turns good but still cant start.
Willing to be very generous to whoever can fix it asap. Not trying to tow it just yet.
Codes sounds so simple like trace the electrical lines... but I'm not a pro at this... Yet. Please help.
Fuel pump assembly that I cracked by mistake and Im trying to glue back to fix it hopefully.
Please help me get this car fixed because I need to work better asap. God bless yall. Take care.
You won't glue the fuel sealing ring. You need to order and install a new one.
The crank and no start could be a bad crankshaft position sensor. It's somewhat common on older MBs, such as yours. The CPS is located in the 11 o'clock position, looking from the rear to the front, at the rear of the engine at the transmission bell housing flange.
