SL400
Indicator Display

I was driving my 2016 SL400 home from work. My warning and indicator lamps (lights) came on while driving and went off. What could be the problem?

Today I had my SL400 diagnosis done and found the power train system/secondary DTC-Diagnostic Trouble Codes- (no code) So, I continue to research and found this code P061A. It's telling me to check all fuses and test with circuit loaded. I don't have one so, I have to spend some money for an additional diagnostic work which maybe needed to determine the issue. Any thoughts before scheduling this appointment with the dealership. I would greatly appreciate it.
