2021 new GLC300E central console not working
Bought brand new latest 2021 GLC 300e 2 weeks ago. After one week all the central console control buttons and controls on left side steering wheel stopped working. Central screen only shows Mercedes-benz and nothing else. Some random radio station plays and I can't change volume even. They tried reset and software update, both didn't work. Now suggested to change the central console hardware. Any similar experience? Any suggestions?

Welcome sorry to hear about your problem. Hopefully you will be able to get dealer to fix the problem. When My MB was new it took 2 years to fix the navigation and 3 years to fix the transmission. hopefully they know how to fix your problem. I really have no confidence in MB doing repairs. Once my problems were fixed car ran terrific.
