2021 AMG GLE53
Hello from Florida
Potential new Owner here. I have an AMG GLE 43 on order to be delivered it 3 weeks. Just trying to get some info on the vehicle before pulling the trigger. Thoughts on re-design? New engine? It would be my first Benz. I am a wannabe mechanic so what should I look out for? Get an extended warranty?

Any help is greatly appreciated!

The GLE thread is pretty active with issues, not all of them catastrophic, but issues none the less, what year are you looking at? Re-design or not I believe they're good looking cars and good representation of what a Mercedes-Benz is all about. Welcome. Is your GLE 43 a brand new 2021 model? If that's the case, it's probably not for a wannabe mechanic as far as doing your own mechanical work on it.
