New member model question
Always been a big fan of Mercedes, but never had the privilege of owning one.
My father in law passed away a couple years ago and my wife is interested in getting his car. My mother in law doesn’t know much about (he got it not long before he passed). Its debadged and I’m having trouble figuring out what model year it might be. So I figured I’d ask the pros. The rims look like a 2009, but I can’t find a model with those exact rims on there. Rims are amg, but not sure the car is (would the wheel wells be bigger?). Black grill is also throwing me off. Looks aftermarket to me, could it be a factory option?

If there is a VIN number with the car go to the VIN decoder which should tell you everything you want to know.

If no VIN number then hopefully someone will recognize the model and year. I hope this helps.
