New guy and gal

Wife and I just joined this morning. Supposed to buy today in about four hours. So, if we shouldn't tell us so or what to lookout for please. She's a 2012 E 350 sedan with 39k guy wants $17,900 pics look good we'll see the car in four hours. What should be our concerns. By the way it appears to have vented seats.
