E Class Cabriolet
E220d cabriolet window help

Hi there. New member and new Mercedes owner. I've just got a new 2021 E220d Cabriolet. Having many issues but the current one I need some guidance on. The rear driver window wouldn't go up until you push the button 3 or 4 times. Got it into mercedes who said they fixed it but it's not fixed and then none of the windows would go up. They have not apparently fixed it again but advised that the rear windows are not 'one touch' to close, only to open and that you have to hold the button to close all the way (from driver's door).

Does anyone have a new/2021 E Class Cabriolet where this can be checked?

1) if you do all 4 windows at once from centre console button are they one touch up and down or do you need to hold to close?
2) are rear windows hold to close or are they one touch/hold for a second and then close themselves

Please help

Thanks for your time

A friend of mine has a 2020 E450 coupe (so pre-facelift) and the rear windows are one touch down but need to hold to close, it isn't that much of an inconvenience because it takes less time to close the rear windows compared to the front windows. I am not sure if they changed this behaviour for the facelift though (2021+), my friends who have facelift E doesn't have coupes or convertibles, they only have sedans. You have the facelift : )
So based on that:
1. (pre-facelift) all windows go down on one press
2. (pre-facelift) but rear windows has to hold to close while the fronts are just lift up once (past resistance) and will close, if you don't lift past resistance it will close as much as you hold it for. If you notice (again I am not sure if it changed for facelift) the switches of the rear windows doesn't have the two-stage opening/closing to the front.

Congrats on your new vehicle by the way : ) here is your model's specific forum:
